Anything else?
I am writing to express my gratitude for the treatment I have received from the above departments.
Everyone from my doctor to the staff member at o/p areception has been as helpful, kind and efficient as they possibly could.
I have the greatest admiration for the dedicated nurses in the chemotherapy department. They always took time to explain procedures and seemed unfailingly cheerful in spite of the considerable time and pressures of work.
I also appreciated the most welcome tea and coffee dispensed by the charming lady volunteer.
My only small gripe is waiting time but I accept this as probably inevitable.
Very many thanks to you all
Elisabeth Shepherd
