I would like to express my thanks to audiology in dealing with the problems relating to my father-in-law and his hearing aids. On Tuesday 8 January I had travelled up from London and found my father-in-law in a distressed condition at his sheltered accommodation and he had to be admitted to A & E. He had lost his hearing aid and without it he could not hear anything. I called into audiology without an appointment and a technician made up a temporary replacement hearing aid straight away. With that my father-in-law was able to answer questions in A & E. The next day they visited my father-in-law at his sheltered accommodation in order to take an impression of his ear. Excellent service and I could not ask for more.
