Just to get emergency dental treatment I had to go through 3 NHS departments, phone constantly for 3 weeks, then be told my details were lost. I went to Maxillo facial department and they told me the consultant said " Any back street sentist could do this and we do not know why you are here at all? (even though triarge recommended it.

My appointment is tomorrow and I am losing sleep because of the pain, and because I am worried about how un professional the service is going to be.
