Anything else?
Recently my Father (90) was brought in after a fall, from the moment the paramedics were called to his departure to Treliske he was treated with such good care. The nurses, orderlies and Doctors were so busy but still treated him with dignity and at all times made him feel comfortable, to the point of asking if he preferred to be called by his Christian or Surname. They apologised every time they had to do something painful, uncomfortable or tedious and kept his embarrassment to a minimum. They even brought tea, although there was a vending machine in the corridor, what a difference to the stories we hear.
Thank you, he is on the mend and speaks very highly of you all.
Kind regards
Annette Strick
