On 8 January 2013, I attended the Dematolagy Dept. by appointment. After an hours wait I was seen and the Doctor apologised for the delay. I was then prescribed medication which the Pharacy did not have in stock. I was asked to come back again when they had the medication.I left my phone number and went home. A week later having not heard from rhe Pharmacy I called the hospital switchboard. I was redirected to the Pharmacy and had to wait 6 minutes before the phone was answered. When the phone was finally answered I was told that the medication was now in stock.I asked why I had not recieved a phone call.
I was told that perhaps they had called but the phone was not answered. I do have an answer phone."Not very impressed of Barnet"
