Following my recent emergency admission and subsequent short stay in the Emergency Assessment Unit, I write to thank all the staff who cared for me within the Oxfordshire Paramedic and Ambulance services serving the JR, the hospital's A & E department, and the EA & ECG units. All the staff were very professional, courteous, mindful of my distress and sensitive when dealing with me as a patient and my husband as a worried relative. In Oxford we certainly can be very proud of having the best hospitals in the country, if not the world, where the John Radcliffe Hospital and staffs excellent reputations go before them. Please ensure that our sincere thanks are passed to all concerned.
