"Good support from Inclusion Matters"

(as the patient),

I recently experienced stress and depression through work-related issues and had to take some months off work.

I received great support from my GP at Grey Road Surgery, and a course of practical, target-driven help from a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at "Inclusion Matters".

This empowered me to make sense of things and regain some control.
