I have had no attempt of a reply, even expressing my displeasure on a previous comment has not given this incompetent company any incentive of trying to rectify this appalling situation.
I have been back to the G. P who has assured me that this would be sorted out, however after patiently waiting for a response I can no longer wait for a reply.
I need to see a E. N. T specialist the problem is causing me considerable discomfort and I am incredibly unhappy with this service.
I thought posting comments on this site was supposed to bring matters to your attention so the service provided could be improved. Obviously I was wrong.
