"Excellent, facilities and standard of patient care..."

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Birmingham)

What I liked

Staff were extremely helpful and reassuring, both clinical and non clinical staff. For a fist appointment at the Haematology Clinic, I was extremely impressed with the service provided. The facilities were exceptionally clean, dignity and professionalism was maintained at all times during my consultation and I felt genuinely 'cared for'.

What could be improved

Not Applicable - I cannot find fault in the facilities or care provided!
