What I liked
A bit of a late review but wanted to leave my feedback for the hospital to address. I came to see my sister in the summer with my family, she gave birth to her first child and, for the most part, she was well looked after. The hospital was clean and parking was easy.
What could be improved
During my visit to see my sister after she'd given birth, I found some members of staff to be rude and short with myself and other family members. At the end of visiting time, we were very rudely asked to leave by a nurse and on exit, whilst waiting for a member of our party, we were asked again to leave by the desk nurse (who I felt was quite patronizing in their tone). My sister also commented on certain nurses, who she found short, rude and highly over-zealous.
I understand that visiting time is restricted to certain parts of the day. However, it's not a lot to ask that certain nurses treat members of the public with a bit of respect when it comes to maintaining the ward.
It's not what you say, it's how you say it. A simple adage and it goes a long way.
I'd be really grateful if you could consider my points.
