"wonderful friendly and clean hospital,"

What I liked

This Hospital i have never visited before, as i come from over 250 miles away to visit my grandmother.

I was so pleasantly surprised!!! Firstly the cleanliness of this hospital was astounding!! and did not!! smell of disinfectant and that usual hospital smell, visitors were encouraged to use hand sanitation that was found throughout the hospital.

secondly, the absolute friendliness of the staff that we met on our visit. polite friendly and completely respectful and a credit to the hospital. even while tests were carried out for the day during visiting hours I felt they couldn't have been a nicer team on diamond ward.

What could be improved

visiting hours could have been longer but this is understandable given the nature of the hospital

Anything else?

I also liked how quiet the hospital was and not full of the clatter and noise most other hospitals are, being a Nurse myself it was a very very pleasant visit
