What could be improved
I visit the hospital reguarly for blood tests and am very satisfied with the service. This is a comment about patients rather than the service offered. In 5 years of using the hospital I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen patients using the antibacterial soap dispensers -- particularly when entering the hospital (rather than leaving). I believe that a majority of people think that bugs are picked up within the hospital and don't consider the possibility that they are importing them. Recent outbreak of norovirus prompts me to suggest that you (and all hospitals for that matter) highlight by large notices the importance of using the dispensers when entering and leaving the premises. Perhaps the staff could enquire politely if the visitor has used the faciltiy?
I'm sure you have better things to do than reply personally, so please do not fee obliged to do so.
Thanks for your excellent service
John Haynes
