What I liked

!I been to the hospital yesterday to paediatric day care to show my baby to them, they did blood test and today morning I got phone call from them that we needs to do it again because lab people lost it.!!!!! I am sure there is something wrong with laboratory department because they lost 3 time my blood test during my pregnancy !!!! which is really socking. and that happen to other people as well which was more socking,!!!!! I really wants to make complain for that. I hope that hospital take this matter as serious as they can because I shouldn't just coincidence there is something wrong going on.

What could be improved

I was in hospital last month for my delivery, I would say overall fair experience but there is defiantly some problem with the system because I was 4 day HDU, and like doctors come to see you in night about 2 o'clock, some come to take your blood about in night 12 , and there is lots of noise all the time, as I said they often lost your blood, all that not give you right trust and good imprison, but I would say 90% staff was helpful and caring.

Anything else?

I wants to give special thanks to all midwife and doctors who take care of us during my stay in hospital. but really wants to make complain against laboratory.
