What I liked
My wife Elizabeth Lissimore suffered a nasty fall at about 2100 hrs and I brought her to you for emergency care.
We were attended by a young doctor. His care and concern was very impressive to say the least of it. It was clear to the doctor that Liz required attention by an ENT doctor. Here again, the care we received was second to none. Follow up treatment organised by the ENT doctor has been first rate. Many thanks to all concerned for all the care, courtesy and treatment received.
