What I liked

I can not believe that when you telephone for a blood test at 07.30 you are always told that all our agents are busy at the moment.I telephoned 3 x times on 28/11/12 between 07.30 to 08.00 and was told that I was 7th in the cue every time. I have found that you wait an average of 20 mins. to talk to an agent.

How many agents do you have?

Are there really hundreds of people at any given time trying to book blood tests? Considering you can book at 1 of 4 hospitals.

What could be improved

Let an indipendent bodie in to see how your call centre is run.

Anything else?

Hospital generally very good.

Call centre very poor.
