I want to tell people how hard the team of doctors and nurses at Hayward House work to make the end of peoples' life a very positive experience for both the patient and their carers.
My father was looked after here for just over a month and the care he received was second to none.
He was treated with the utmost dignity and respect and his pain was always addressed, along with his fears
We as a family couldnt have got through this very difficult time without this wonderful place, the staff gave us so much of their precious time and we were able to stay with my father until the end of his life, supported throughout.
I wont name anyone in particular, because everyone was so kind, but we had such lovely nursing care and they got us through many a difficult time with so much skill and upmost dedication.
Everyone who works here is a very special kind of person.
Thank you so very much!
"My father treated with the utmost dignity and respect"
