"Feel ignored and unimportant"

About: Seacroft Hospital

What I liked

If and when one is able to get an appointment the service is excellent

What could be improved

Communication - I have been ringing the pain clinic at least twice a week for the last 4 months, have left numerous messages regarding change of address and that treatment is now desperately needed - but no answer. Am now looking at options for taking this further. The government guidelines that new patients should be seen withing 18 weeks is having a serious adverse affects on the health and well being off established patients.

Anything else?

In serious need of help, am almost at the end of my tether - will someone please take notice.
