What I liked
I am making a complaint about the X-Ray department, nothing to do with what I liked, whyisn't there a place to say I didn't like something???
What could be improved
The attitude of the receptionist was epically off hand, she almost glanced in my direction when I went to the desk.
The nurse that assessed which robe we should wear and how much clothing we should take off. It appeared to me that she could hardly see the forms for each person correctly; she wore glasses but perhaps she should get some new.
The radiologist didn't want to help in anyway, I needed something to steady myself as I have difficulty standing still without support. When it was necessary to lay on the x-ray table she made me lay on my side where I suffer the most pain as my hip bone was directly on the table. I warned her that it was extremely painful but this fell on deaf ears and she left me in that position for almost 5 minutes.

I had to sit there for a couple of minutes before I could bet off the table. A little help would have gone a long way but there was no one around.
Quite frankly, I was disgusted by the treatment I had received and believe that a really good shake up of this department should take place as a matter of urgency.
Ok, no doubt it's a boring job, but these people must be made to realise that they are dealing with the public and let's face it, we pay their wages don't we. Would they treat their own Granddad in the same way???
