What I liked

The staff I met in the three areas I visited were all extremely friendly and put me at ease.

When my sister came to collect me she was very surprised and impressed by the friendliness shown to her (mind you she is from the south!)

What could be improved

I didn't find the parking easy, but then I had been warned there was not much space.

Anything else?
