Felt it took forever to the first appointment at six degrees, but from there after the service really helped me. So I will be seeing them again happily.

We aim to provide the first appointment within 28 days from the initial referral from the GP. If you wish to discuss this further and help us to sort this out, please do get in touch. Once again, thank you for your feedback. You mentioned that it felt like it took forever for the first appointment. We have made changes to our different referral processes and created one fairly simple system that will allow referrals to reach us quickly. This enables us to be even more responsive. We will continue working on improving this and we would greatly appreciate it if you and others continue to tell us what you think about our services.
