"5 week physiotherapy and musculoskeletal course has helped me"

I was referred to the Musculoskeletal Assessment Unit at St. Helens Hospital by my doctor to strengthen the lumber region in my back.

After a 5 week course of doing a light exercise workout it has made a great difference to the way I feel and doing things in every day situations. With regards to walking, sitting, lifting and bending it taught me to look at different ways to continue my exercise at home.

The course started on time and water was provided through out each session.

The staff on reception were very pleasant and the physiotherapist was a very caring person who also provided a good selection of music to exercise to.

The room in which the exercises took place was a clean and and safe, friendly place. I was provided with leaflets with very useful information on the spine fit course.
