(as the patient),

It was my first time at this clinic. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to wait long. The specialist was very thorough, informative, unrushed and easy to talk to.

Overall, I came out feeling a lot more confident about overcoming my injury and was very happy with the all round service.
