"At CRI in Halton I have completed the peer mentor scheme and started college"

About: Ashley House / Recovery service

(as the patient),

I first came into Ashley House in May 2012. I was in a really bad way after an overdose through drugs/drink. My key worker was Clare, she was so supportive and directed me in the right path. Dawn has been a god-send to me and involved me on the peer mentor scheme. I've completed the peer mentor scheme now and I've started college and I'm secretary of the service user group!

I wouldn't have achieved all this if it wasn't for Ashley House.

It's my job to ensure that Ashley House is a safe and effective service that offers a warm and friendly space in which people can consider their experience with drugs and or alcohol and plan their future direction.
