What could be improved
The service is just horrible. I understand it is very busy, but there should be a way or set of rules how staff deals with the patients. There must be number of patients one doctor should be looking after at the time (I am talking about emergency and urgent care). The situation I have seen is that: one doctor sees the patient, tells him what they think the problem might be, then explains what they are going to do to find out if they are right (that's absolutely fine!), then the patient (which in my case is not feeling well) is waiting for at least 3-4 hours for some test (this is kinda okay, I can see it's been busy) and then, the nurse comes to say, that the doctor has finished their work and went home. I do really understand, we all have our life, family waiting at home and after long day at work we are rushing home..but wait a minute..are they not supposed to leave an instructions what they were going to do with the patient to the doctor replacing their shift? The nurse came to say, if the patient are able to walk, we can go home as it is already late. What about the test they were going to do??? Guess what the nurse answered to this question! Whoa la! "Go and see private health clinic ". That's how NHS cares about people. Thank you very much. I would never recommend you even to my enemy. And it is not only this particular hospital. It is UK's clinics overall. Not wonder why, according to national statistics, Health Care System is not showing very good results.
"I am very dissatisfied with the service."
