What I liked

Iwent to have a cataract operation and I found all the staff including the receptionist on this department right up to the consultants that I saw so caring and helpful. I have to have my other eye done in the next twelve months and would have no worries at all about returning to Cannock.

What could be improved

nothing just hope that this hospital is never closed
