"Faultless service from Sentinel"

I found a parking space quite easily, the downstairs reception area was easy to find and clean and tidy. The lift took me to to the upstairs floor. The reception desk was clearly marked and the staff were helpful.

I was directed to the Sentinel reception desk where I booked in and directed to a waiting area. I only waited about 10 minutes before being called in to see the doctor - he had all relevant information about me at hand including x-rays on the computer. He gave me a lot of information on my case and answered all my questions and worries. I was offered treatment fairly soon, but with discussion it was decided I would try and lose further weight to be fitter and healthier for a better recovery and quicker recovery.

The doctor was very nice and put me at ease. My only worry is that I will be put on the bottom of a list and be forgotten again.
