I tried the number for blood tests at 1145 the answer machine message told me that they closed at 12:00 I contacted the hospital switch board who contacted the department and then informed me that they had forgotten to change the message and the department was in fact shut fron 11:45 to 14:00 hours.
Why do you allow the phoneline to close for 2hours 15 minutes during the day?
