"never go there again"

About: Wansbeck Hospital

What I liked

Nothing at total!!

What could be improved

My Nana has been Diagnosed with Terminal Cancer and soo they said she's got 48 hours to live, my nana is a fighter and everyone knew that but she started pulling her clothes off trying to get out of bed cause was too hard we told the nurse number of times if we could have a fan but they woulsnt give us one cause her Temperature was at 36 so my Nana was so Uncomfortable! I'm a Paramedic and I asked was didn't do this and that and the Nurse say always said we'll see the Doctor at that point I was soo sick of waiting I asked him my self cause my Nana was far too weak to Talk or even open her eyes they were trying to make my Nana wee in a pan which I was forming about they should have put a wee bag on her to make her more Comfortable! And Then I realised that she had to Oxgyen mask on for a while and she was starting to get dry mouth soo I asked the Nurse if they had any sponges soo I can put some water around her mouth and I can't believe it went they said we don't have some and they had to ring a different department too get some. And also the Nurse that was looking around my Nana her Attitude was horrible towards me and my Family, This Hospital is a Joke the experience I had with my Nana in there was trouble would never go there again!

Anything else?

Never go there
