What I liked
The staff in the A&E were excellent and extremely caring and professional. Despite the fact they were clearly busy they always seemed to have time for their patients. I was very impressed with the way the young student doctors were so obviously part of the team and again they showed the utmost consideration to me. I was admitted to North Ward, bed 28, where the level of care and attention remained impressively high. Throughout, the hospital was clean and tidy and the staff approachable and friendly; my thanks to everybody there; the Royal Free and its staff is a credit to an all too much maligned NHS.
What could be improved
Very very little I would say
"Exceptional care and attention from extremely fine..."
