What I liked

I used the online facility to choose an appointment time to best suit me. Although it was at 16:00 I was called through for some initial tests ten minutes before my appointment time. I was then shown to a waiting area for about five minutes. The consultant then invited into the consultation room. He was very professional at all times, despite it probably being the end of the day. He answered all of my questions and queries in a manner that was professional but friendly. I would recommend this clinic willingly to others.

What could be improved

Improve wall displays, show where support groups can be found.
