What I liked

I took my father to audiology for an appointment for his hearing aids. Dad is 92 and very deaf. We were seen by an audiologist. I can only say that she is an absoloute credit to the department. She treated this elderly gentleman with care, courtesy and total consideration for his hearing loss. At the same time she was very very professional and never patronising which can become easy if the patient is elderly and deaf.

The whole experience was a pleasure. People often complain when things go wrong and rarely praise when things go right but they certainly got it right and deserve a commendation and praise for her work. Thank you on behalf of my old dad and on behalf on me too.
