What I liked
From the moment I telephoned the hospital to inform the (Delivery ward) maternity department of my contractions, I was asked the right questions and given the appropriate advise.
The information provided resulted in my arriving for the delivery process at the right time, while also putting my mind at rest concerning the journey to the hospital.
What could be improved
To the best of my knowledge, all the right things were in place to ensure my precious daughter had a pleasant and smooth transition from the womb to the comfort of my arms.
The service and attention during labour was second to none, a clean and well equipped delivery room, excellent monitoring, and impressive post delivery care.
Anything else?
Special mention must be made about two staff members for making my visit to the hospital a memorable one.
They both ensured a happy mother and child left the premises both healthy and in a cheerful disposition.
Kudos to the entire staff, and the food was great.
"Warm, loving and respectful"
