What I liked

I have arrived in QEQM on the 12th Feb 2012 in Minor Injuries Unit with a broken tibia and fibula. I did have to wait a bit to be seen but that was understandable as they were very busy. I was treated very well and respectfully and after a horrific few hours for me because of the nature of the injury and the need to put the leg 'back together', I was moved onto the Quex Ward. I was treated there very well, the staff were very helpful and polite, and although sometimes they were short of staff they have still looked after me well. I really liked the food (I bet most people say they don't). I work in a hospital myself so I know how hard it is to keep up good standards sometimes. So I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the stuff including the nurses, doctors, consultants, porters, anaesthetists and cleaners for making my experience enjoyable despite my severe injury. I would recommend this hospital for its service to anyone. Many thanks. Monika

Dear Monica, thank you very much for taking the time to let know how you felt about your stay at QEQM hospital. We really appreciate encouraging feedback, I will make sure that staff are aware.

We have recently change our provider of catering services and so it is useful to have your feedback on the quality of food. I hope you are fully recovered.
