What I liked

Nursing staff on eye day care were fantastic,they were the best team I have ever encountered on the NHS! They were friendly,helpful & caring,something sadly lacking in another local hospital.The eye surgeon was just the best. I was petrified after being told I could not have a sedative before my procedure because of cutbacks but he talked me throughit & hey,I had a good experience.It was great to have such a good team behind me & the other patients 10/10

Thanks for the hugs I got too,you are the best nurses !!!!!!

What could be improved

Being told I wasn`t having a sedative earlier so I could have eaten a breakfast the day of my procedure!

Anything else?

Review the anesthetic situation with nervous clients.
