What I liked
Following is a copy I sent to the hospital following my visit:

Firstly my apologies for using this email address as I wasn't sure who I should send this through to.
The reason for my email is not to complain it is quite the opposite. I visited your hospital this morning to have an colonoscopy and have to say that from the very start of the process, at the departments reception, right through to the conclusion, where I was given a full report I was dealt with in a very professional manner by all of the hospitals staff. I must say before I arrived I was a little nervous of the procedure but my concerns were very quickly dispelled by the reassurance and detailed explanation given by all.
I realise that these days all to often people are eager to complain but I just thought that I should feedback to yourselves the very positive experience I received today.
