I was a patient on ward 1 of Liverpool's Aintree Hospital for the treatment of a bowel problem. I found the standard of care which I received to be very good. The kindness which was shown by both the medical and nursing staff was excellent. The only concern I had was having to wait for 2 and a half hours for an ambulance in the first place. I am very happy with my experience as I feel that I was treated with respect and dignity.
