What I liked

My mother was treated in both the A+E department and in the Intensive care unit. I was impressed by the professionalism and sensitivity shown towards my mother and family throughout her experience.

The staff allowed us to be involved in all choices regarding my mothers care, nothing was too difficult to accommodate . I can only thank the staff for facilitating my mothers care and allowing her to die with dignity and respect.
