What I liked

I was treated in the Endoscopy Dept, which isn't listed above. I didn't have to wait, everybody was civil, helpful and kind, and the doctor who carried out the process explained everything carefully both before and after. I don't believe I could have had better treatment anywhere.

Anything else?

It's irrelevant to my treatment but I was not impressed by the attitude of the person on the Information desk.
