Polite, friendly, professional staff, attentive, reassuring, prompt treatment. Excellent service, good treatment and advice from staff, privacy and dignity preserved.

What could be improved

Fab service

Anything else?

Excellent service and lovely staff, when you need the NHS they are there for you..... Not always treated as quickly as one would like, but that depends on how busy the department is.

How kind of you to take the time to comment and we are so pleased that overall you felt you had a good experience. Yes, sometimes there are delays, but that can depend on how busy the department is though our staff do their best to ensure staff are seen and treated as quickly as possible.
