What I liked

All members of staff that I spoke to were friendly and professional. I had blood taken, peak flow meter readings taken, was x-rayed and given treatment all within 1 hour.

What could be improved

The car parking pay machine in the car park would not accept any of my coins. I went it to ask reception what to do - she could not get hold of security for about 10 minutes. When she did manage to get hold of them they advised me to go to the pay station on level 1. There was another member of the public there who said the pay station on level 1 was not working either. Was eventually sorted out but took too long.

Given that security said they knew the machine in the car park was out of order - there should have been a sign on the machine saying so and giving an alternative course of action.
