I waited at Queen's Medical Centre 1 hour and a half after my appointment time before I saw my consultant. However, this consultant was one I had never seen before, and he had to ask me what the problem was. But this was supposed to be a 6 month check-up so he should've known what the problem was. I felt very angry about this.
