What I liked
I posted after my outpatients appt so felt it was right to comment after my surgery. Everyone had to be there for 7am regardless of op time and this was well organised and efficient. Long wait for theatre but that's ok I'm grateful it's being done so quickly!
Once called through to see surgeon and anaesthetist it went quick and the staa were really nice. The theatre sister walked me down to theatre and was reallynice and settled my nerves. They were all so proud to work at the hospital and how good the surgeon was. Excellent
The ward staff on C8 were fab and nothing was too much trouble especially the 2 male nurses on the night shift thank you all so much
What could be improved
The nurse the next day asked the dr to see me urgently as my foot was swollen and I was crying in pain but he refused to come and said what does she expect she's just had surgery. Mmmm yes I know but the plaster was far to tight. His colleague sorted it and I made sure the original dr knew I'd heard what he'd said
Anything else?
The staff on C8 are amazing well done x
"Excellent"
