The professionalism,courtesy and understanding of the staff especially the A&E consultant and the nursing staff in the Observation Ward.

Anything else?

My wife became incapacitated whilst waiting for a flight to Australia at Heathrow Airport. She was transferred to Hillingdon by ambulance. Whilst we were not placed ahead of more urgent cases every effort was made to see if we could still make our flight later in the evening. The quick diagnosis and the treatment provided, enabled us to make the flight and arrive with my wife still mobile and almost free of pain.

I sincerely hope that a British resident visiting Australia would be treated in the same way.
