"My double hernia operation was a calm, relaxed and..."

About: Royal Free Hospital

What I liked

0n 15 February 2012 I was admitted as a day-patient for a bilateral hernia repair procedure . As had been the case when I attended my assessment appointment on 23 December 2011, I was treated politely, caringly and efficiently by all the staff I came in contact with.

The operation itself was carried out in a calm and relaxed manner and the post-operative nursing care was all that one would hope for when coming round from the anaesthetic. As for the hernia repairs themselves, they have both been completely successful - a tribute to the professional skills of all those involved.

What could be improved

Nothing that I can think of.
