Further to my correspondence to you on 9th March and your reply dated 24th April 2012.

I feel I have to write to let you know that I had a further Flexible Sigmoidoscopy today at Queen’s Hospital.

I am sure that because of your help I had the best treatment I could ever have wanted; beyond my highest expectations. The Sister was so kind and attentive to me as were all the staff I met including the nurse who booked me in and all the others whose names I do not know.

The consultant who led the procedure made me feel quite comfortable during the chat we had beforehand whilst signing the consent form. We had a laugh before and after the procedure.

The cup of tea and biscuit were so welcome and served to me by a very friendly person.

I am returning to see the consultant in eight weeks.
