What I liked

Today I attended the Breast Screening Assessment Centre at Lewsey Road LU4 0EY.

The treatment I received was simply magnificent. All staff, Doctor and Nurses treated me with respect and dignity. As a result of a change in breast tissue apart from scans and xrays I was given a core biopsy.

Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt relaxed and confident knowing that true professionals were in control.

Hopefully the result of the biopsy will not show any trace of cancer.

However as a result of todays experience, should I require further treatment I am confident I am in good hands.

Regularily the NHS is slated for poor service. I can honestly say that my experiences at this centre and Chase Farm Hospital and my own GP Practise have been excellent without exception.
