What could be improved

food was appalling and mainly inedible - either cold or overcooked. Nurses very uncommunicative -bordering on the rude . my dirty washing was put in my bag on top of my clean night clothes - so much for infection control ! Although I was bed bound and immobile for over a week was not given an overhead pole to lift myself , or an airbed as neither were available , so I developed a bedsore, and my call button didn't work , and still didn't work when I was transferred , thankfully , after 7 days .

When my relatives asked to complain to the ward manger he or she finishes work at 3pm - just as visiting time starts - very convenient !

a demonstration of everything that is wrong with the NHS at the moment.
