"quick tests and referral for vascular surgery"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Vascular surgery

(as the patient),

I am very happy with the service I received recently. From the moment I first contacted the GP I feel I was treated with respect and efficiency.

Tests were made quickly, and a referral to P. R. H received within a couple of weeks.

On arrival to the vascular surgery service clinic I was again given clear and accurate instructions and seen on time.

The consultant Mr Fox gave me a unhurried examination, reassured me, offered advice and suggested a scan to follow in order to be sure.

The whole experience so far has been a positive one.
