"Very positive experience with physio and occupational therapist"

About: Newcastle Hospitals Community Health / Care at home reablement service

(as a service user),

After a fall at home the district nurse made a referral to simple point of access team.

A physio and occupational therapist came within days and a few days later equipment arrived- delta walker, kitchen trolley, raised toilet seats and handrails. They are really useful and have improved my mobility and are keeping me safe.

It has been a positive experience and Dorinda and Louise (physio and O. T) have been really helpful and friendly.
