The Falls Service & Community Therapy Team are based in Linnyshaw Close, Bolton.
I have had experience with 3 members of the team the Occupational Therapist, Avril, a nurse, who's name I can not recollect & the Therapy Instructor Elaine Vose.
I would just like to say that I'm newly disabled and still coming to terms with my health issues and these ladies have made such a difference to my life.
The unwavering support I have received from the Occupational Therapist, Avril has been over & above what I'm sure is required, the help, guidance & information she has provided is outstanding.
This team should be proud of themselves because they deserve every ounce of gratitude and thanks that I can give, they have made a difference to my life and I will never forget their kindness.
